  • STOP Making Excuses And START Making Life Better! Your Life Is Going To Be AWESOME! You Got This!

STOP Making Excuses And START Making Life Better! Your Life Is Going To Be AWESOME! You Got This!

Excuses are like armpits! Everybody’s got’em …and they stink!

In today’s fast-paced world, time is a valuable commodity. We all have a lot to do, and it’s easy to fall into the trap of making excuses when faced with a problem. However, the truth is that every moment spent making excuses is a moment wasted. Instead, that time could be spent solving the problem.

This concept is simple but powerful. Rather than focusing on why we can’t do something or why something is too hard, we should focus on finding a solution. When we spend time making excuses, we are essentially procrastinating, and the problem remains unsolved. But when we put our energy into solving the problem, we are actively taking steps to move forward.

We see it a lot in the workplace. When an issue arises, it’s easy to get caught up in the details of why it happened or who is to blame. But in reality, what’s most important is finding a solution. By focusing on the solution rather than the problem, we can move forward and get things done.

Another way to think about this concept is in terms of mindset. When we make excuses, we are essentially giving up before we’ve even started. But when we focus on solutions, we are adopting a growth mindset that allows us to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.

So, the next time you’re faced with a problem, remember this concept. Instead of making excuses, focus on finding a solution. Use your time and energy to move forward and overcome any obstacles in your way. By doing so, you’ll be taking a proactive approach that will help you achieve success both in your personal and professional life.

    Bottom Line Y’all…

If we’re going to successfully CRUSH our goals, we have to stop making excuses, own our mistakes/faults, and GRIND until we CONQUER what it is we’re trying to achieve!

Ain’t nobody or nothing gonna do it for us!

  • KEEP SHOWING UP! We’re Defeated The Moment We Stop! Never Quit! Your Life Depends On It!

KEEP SHOWING UP! We’re Defeated The Moment We Stop! Never Quit! Your Life Depends On It!

Everyone wants success… but not everyone is willing to put in the work required to achieve it. Whether it’s in our personal or professional lives, success requires effort, dedication, and persistence. The quickest way to fail at anything is to stop putting in the work needed to accomplish the task at hand.

If you want to achieve your goals and be successful, you need to stay committed to whatever task you’re working on to make your life better. As we “hone” this “Never Quit” attitude, it’s important to set realistic goals, create a plan, and then bust our butts to achieve them.

The unfortunate truth is, sometimes the road to success can be long and challenging, and it’s easy to become discouraged and give up. But giving up is not an option if you want to succeed.

The key to success is to keep pushing forward, even when the going gets tough. It’s important to stay focused on your goal and not let setbacks or obstacles derail you. It’s essential to remember that success is not achieved overnight, but it’s the result of consistent effort and hard work.

If you’re finding it hard to stay motivated, try breaking your task into smaller, more manageable steps. This can help make your goal seem less overwhelming and more achievable. Celebrate small successes along the way, and use them to motivate you to keep going.

Remember that failure is a natural part of the process, and it’s okay to make mistakes. It’s how you respond to those mistakes that matter. Learn from them, make adjustments, and keep moving forward.

    Bottom Line Y’all…

Success requires effort, dedication, and persistence. The quickest way to fail at anything is to stop putting in the work needed to accomplish the task at hand. Stay committed to your goal, stay focused, and keep pushing forward. And remember, success is not achieved overnight, but it’s the result of consistent effort and hard work.

The quickest way to fail at anything is to stop putting in the work needed to accomplish the task at hand! We honestly can’t hear this enough! Whatever your goal is, be it fitness-based, financially focused, relationship-centered, or WHATEVER…you gotta keep showing up, and bustin’ your butt to make it happen!

  • Patience Is A Season Of Productivity Not Idleness!

Patience Is A Season Of Productivity Not Idleness!

Patience is a season of productivity, not idleness! All to often, when we hear the words “be patient”, we think to ourselves, “I just gotta relax and take it easy for a bit…then ‘it’ will happen”! That thought process couldn’t be farther from the truth.

While Moses and his people were in the wilderness patiently waiting for God to do mighty things, they weren’t reclining under a tree munching on manna and chillin’! While Paul was patiently waiting for Christ’s return, he wasn’t sippin’ tea in the warm springs of Hierapolis! While Henry Ford was patiently waiting for investors to buy into his little “car production idea”, he wasn’t drinking bourbon and smoking old stogies down at the club. While Elon Musk was patiently waiting for the Federal Aviation Administration to give him the “Go/No Go” for his first launch of a Space-X spacecraft into the vastness of space, he wasn’t relaxing next to the pool waiting for the phone to ring. NO…these men were busting their butts, working hard at whatever they did best…all the while knowing that their hard work and effort would eventually pay off.

Moses and Paul continued to relate the awesomeness of God and His plan for His people to anyone who would listen WHILE THEY PATIENTLY WAITED. Henry Ford continued to make his car designs better and he continued to perfect the car manufacturing process (hello assembly line) WHILE HE PATIENTLY WAITED. And Elon…he continued to test rockets, double check data and figures, finetuned the rocket launch and landing process, oh…and built an empire…WHILE HE PATIENTLY WAITED!

I think a lot of us, myself included, get to a place where we need to be patient, and because there’s no visible progress toward our goal or project completion, we get lazy and start focusing on other things. This has plagued me for decades. I would get a great idea into my head, start it, and then when I got to a point where I had to wait (patiently), I moved on to the next (completely different) idea. I have A.D.D….BUT, at the end of the day, that’s not an excuse. I lacked follow-through. Then one day…CLICK!

When I finally decided I wanted to lose weight, I knew I had to come to terms with the whole being able to wait patiently thang! I knew if I started a program (any program) that I would quit as soon as I realized the process was going slower than I anticipated. That’s when I started researching patience. Throughout the bible there are tons of examples of where people (whole nations) had to patiently wait for God’s promises to be fulfilled. Throughout history, there have been great men and women who have had amazing ideas, and they had to practice patience while they waited for those ideas to come to fruition. HOW ON EARTH DID THEY DO IT? Simple. They kept busy.

When we are in the middle of chasing our dreams, we tend to focus on the outcome. Which we should…but maybe not to the extent that we do. I mean, the end result is crucial, but there is a lot that can (and needs to) happen between the conception of an task (weight loss, business endeavor, product invention, book concept, song writing project, etc.) and the completion of a task. As I researched successful people, I learned that as they waited patiently, they were still “busy doing”. In some cases, while patiently waiting, they improved the original concept or idea making a good endeavor a great endeavor. This waiting time is a great time to explore processes within the overall scale of the project. In all we do, we really need to have our processes down pat. They should be easily explainable, scalable, and they should be a roadmap that shows others how we get from point A to point B, C, and even Z…the end result.

During this valuable waiting period, we can work on marketing strategies if we’re pursuing a business idea and we’re patiently waiting on investors, partners, and outside resources to join in on the endeavor. We can research and try new exercises if we are chasing our fitness goals and patiently waiting on hitting our goal weight. We can even tweak recipes we’re working on if we are trying to market a food product while waiting for FDA and State regulations to give us the “Go/No Go”. There are things we can do that will add to the success we’ll have once the powers that be smile upon our efforts.

That is honestly HOW I managed to succeed THIS TIME! I realized that patience truly is virtue (a high standard)…AND it’s a virtue that we all need to learn to harness IF we’re going to have any form of success in the goals we set, businesses we launch, and endeavors we set out to complete. From the moment I began the 75 Hard Program, I understood that this attempt at living healthy was unlike any attempt I had made in the past. This time, I was going to put my head down and bust my butt EVEN WHEN I COULDN’T SEE RESULTS. That’s one reason I chose, and still choose, to weigh once a week…and not daily. I understand that just because I don’t see weight falling off, I’m still getting healthier. Just because the scale shows that I’ve not lost any weight, my clothes are fitting looser, my breathing is getting better, my blood pressure is going down, my diabetes is getting under control, and my mental state is stronger than it’s ever been. All of these things let me know that the work I’m doing is paying off…even if the end result is nowhere in sight. I gotta keep working hard. No compromises.

The beautiful thing is…this strategy for getting physically fit has spilled over into other areas of my life. I’ve got all kinds of dreams that I’ve neglected because it was “taking too long” and I was not willing to be patient. So I’m thoughtfully going back through those ideas and fleshing out how I can use a “patiently waiting mindset” to bring those dreams back to life and grow them into fruition. I understand it takes time…and hard work. I’m ready, willing, and able…at least…more ready, willing, and able than I’ve ever been.

Bottom line, DON’T GET LAZY AND/OR COMPLACENT! There’s always something we can be doing that will bring value to our overall goal(s). Don’t be afraid to “do more”. As I work on my healthy lifestyle journey, I keep running into the phrase, “One More!” In other words, when you think you’ve done enough (or you’re waiting patiently for the next stage of your endeavor) do one more rep. Add even more value to the process and progress. Every extra thing you can do only makes your dream stronger and more impacting to yourself…and others.

We got this people! It’s a lifestyle change! Us becoming better is a lifelong endeavor that takes time…it’s not an overnight success story. That only happens in the movies. True “overnight successes” take years to come to fruition. So when you find yourself in a season of “patiently waiting”, understand that it’s a season of productivity…not idleness. Keep your nose to the grindstone…and “do one more”!

  • Take The Leap

    Take The Leap

    Psssst! Hey! It’s time!!!

Have you ever found yourself on the edge of making a big decision, but the fear of the unknown stops you from taking that leap of faith? Maybe it’s starting a new career, moving to a new city, or starting a new relationship. Whatever the case may be, the fear of failure can be paralyzing.

But what if that leap of faith is the one thing that could change everything for the better? What if taking that risk opens up new doors and opportunities that you never thought possible?

The truth is, many successful people credit their accomplishments to taking a leap of faith at some point in their lives. They were faced with a difficult decision, but they trusted their instincts and took a chance. And the results speak for themselves.

For example, Steve Jobs was fired from his own company, but he didn’t give up. Instead, he took a leap of faith and started a new company, which ultimately led to the creation of the iPhone and the iPad. Oprah Winfrey was told she would never succeed in television, but she didn’t let that stop her. She took a leap of faith and became one of the most successful talk show hosts of all time.

Successful people don’t let fear hold them back. They recognized the potential for growth and change, and they took that leap of faith. And you can do the same.

It’s important to remember that taking a leap of faith doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed success. There may be setbacks and challenges along the way, but that’s all part of the journey. What’s important is that you have the courage to take that first step.

If you’re struggling to take that leap of faith, try visualizing the best-case scenario. What would your life look like if everything went according to plan? How would you feel? Use that positive visualization to motivate and inspire you.

In the end, taking a leap of faith is about trusting yourself and your abilities. Believe in yourself and your potential for growth and change. Remember, that leap of faith you’re afraid to take might just be the one that changes everything. So go ahead, take a chance, and see where it takes you.

Remember…God’s plan for you is extraordinary! It’s time to take the leap of faith you’ve (myself included) been avoiding and leave the ordinary behind! You’re going to do amazing things in life. You’re going to impact the lives of many with what you do. You’re even going to make some folks jealous. Your life is going to be extraordinary!!! Have faith in yourself AND trust Him! You got this!

  • My Initial Fitness Goal Has Been Met! NOW WHAT? Fit Over 50- A Continuing Health And Wellness Journey.

My Initial Fitness Goal Has Been Met! NOW WHAT? Fit Over 50- A Continuing Health And Wellness Journey.

    Health Focus

When I first started this healthy journey, my goal was to get back to 280 pounds from my starting weight of 450.6 pounds. After 8 months of healthy diet and a ton of cardio exercise…I’ve made it. Actually…I made it down to 277.6 pounds total lost as of the writing of this post. What’s more, Courtney (my lovely wife) is down 52 pounds from her starting weight (which is a secret between her and God). So proud of her! But now that I’ve attained my first major fitness goal, now what?

With my loss of weight came a loss of muscle. I was hyper-focused on overall weight loss and neglected (to an extent) building muscle mass. This was by design. I first needed to prove to myself that I could reshape my mindset and overall attitude as it relates to health and nutrition. Thanks to Andy Fisella’s 75 Hard Program, that mind shift and attitude reset came on with a vengeance! If you haven’t heard of the #75Hard Program…at least carve out a few minutes to google what it is and what it does. It’s not for everyone…but it benefits everyone who does it properly. Now that I’ve learned to control my thoughts as they relate to food and being active, AND I’ve done so with the result of attained goal weight…I can now turn to muscle mass and building a physique that I once had as a high school football player (ok…I wish I had as a high school football player).

One thing I know going forward…I don’t want to focus too much on lower body workouts. I am still going to continue with cardio exercises (walking mostly) and my calves are already rock solid due to walking 3-6 miles everyday. I will definitely continue (I do some already when at the gym after an hour on the treadmill) to do leg workouts on the old leg press machine…’cause I’m addicted to the leg press. Have been since high school. So that will be the majority of my lower body workout. I’ll add squat lift and dead lift for lower body workouts…but that’s really it. The bulk of my gym workouts will focus on upper body workout.

Up to this point I haven’t devoted much energy to strength training…cardio has been the name of the game, so I’m going to ease into the “strength and endurance “pumping iron” process.

I know without a doubt that I want to focus on triceps and biceps. Currently, if I were to do jumping jacks…I’d lift off and fly away. Can you say “flabby arms”? I want my chest “swole” as the kids say, so there will be a focus on bulking up the pecks and chest area. And I need to get rid of the hanging flab at my waist, so there will be a major focus in that region as well.

I’ll kick off with a short and simple weight lifting program and then build up from there. As with this overall healthy lifestyle, it’s going to be here to stay…so I don’t have to reach peak performance and full potential tomorrow. I’ve plan on being here for another 50 years or more, so I’ve got time to build up and grow into my fit over 50 body.

3 Main Takeaways I’ve Learned As I’ve Started My Transition From More Cardio To More Strength Training:

    1. You don’t need to join a gym! When I first stated adding a little strength training to my fitness regimen, I simply used dumbbells and a picnic table in my backyard as a makeshift gym. Worked great!
    2. Planet Fitness is the bomb.com! Once we decided it was time to join a gym (back in October…mainly for an indoor cardio source…#Treadmill) we looked around at the local mom and pop gyms AND the national chains. We landed quite nicely on Planet Fitness! We love the laidback feel AND we pay a little extra for the “Black Card” which allows us the opportunity to utilize the “aqua-massage” (i.e. heaven) and the “massage chair” (i.e. hell…that dadgum thing kneads the heck outta my back). Plus, the Black Card allows us to take the girls (and their boyfriends) as “guests”. Love our family time!
    3. Weight machines aren’t that bad! I was raised on free weights, and I’ll always love free weights…BUT…weight machines are fine too. They are great when you don’t have a lifting partner OR the person you’re working out with is not as strong as you need in a spotter. Don’t hate on the machines…embrace the difference…it’s OK.

    Mental Focus

In addition to my strength training, I want to continue to build my library so that my mental health and focus gets stronger. I’m currently reading “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. It’s a really good read. Slow in a few places, not gonna lie. There are some things I don’t align with, but overall it’s a really good read. If you’re starting a business, it is a great dive into the industrial revolution and history industry and business in America. (8 out of 10 recommend).

I want to read more books like this. Business oriented books that shed light on good business practices and strategies. More on why later, but it’s quickly becoming a passion. I also want to dive further into the bible. I love scripture, and I love the way it can transform the mind. If ever there was a guide to succeeding in life, business, in relationships…it the bible. The roadmap to Awesomeville!

What’s crazy is the fact that I’m extremely dyslexic…so reading really sucks for me. BUT…through the 75 Hard Program (reading 10 pages a day is a component), I’ve acquired a love for reading. There is so much knowledge to be gained from reading. If you don’t know about something…read about it and learn it! Sure, Google and Youtube can be used in the same way, but there’s something about making a cup of coffee (or tea), sitting in your favorite chair, and enjoying a good book. The knowledge literally jumps off the page. Good stuff.

3 Main Takeaways I’ve Learned As I’ve Started My Transition Into A “More Reading Mindset”:

    1. When it comes to reading, think about what your current passion is, and read books on that. It’s a great way to “grow where you are.” All too often we read books about things that like, but aren’t currently involved with. When you read books that pertain to what you are currently passionate about OR experiencing, your knowledge base grows even deeper (and faster) because it’s something you’re wanting (or needing) to know about in the moment.
    2. Physical books trump eBooks every time. Sure, eBooks are handy, but there’s something nostalgic about flipping through the pages of a “real book”. It heightens the experience. PLUS, you can make written notes on the pages. When you write notes based on what you read, it helps you to retain what you’ve learned.
    3. Reading makes you smarter!!! At the end of the day, if you want to succeed at anything (fitness, business, relationships, etc.) you need to grow your knowledge base on that subject. THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT (besides sitting in on a lecture about the topic) is to “read about it”. As the old saying goes…”KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”.

    Spiritual Focus

Speaking of the Bible…I am currently creating a dynamic Men’s Bible Study Group (called The 411 Pursuit…based off of 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12). God has given me a passion to see men restored to their quiet yet productive life of hard work, grit, and resilience. The “pansification” of men has become a theme in this country and it’s silently strangling the family, the community, and the country. Time of men to step up and lead from a place of wisdom and experience!

The study group will be made up of common men who want to explore the life that God has called them to and research how their life can impact their home, community, and country. It’s gonna be AMAZING!

God is doing awesome things in the lives of me and my family, and I want to make sure that I’m up to speed on all that He needs me to be. The best way to do that…stay in His Word and pray…asking guidance in all things. God is Good, All The Time…and All The Time, God Is Good! Daily bible reading and prayer is my strategy for strengthening my Christian faith, and my relationship with God!

3 Main Takeaways I’ve Learned As I’ve Started The Process Of Creating A Men’s Bible Study:

    1. The bible has truths in it that can totally rock AND transform your life! The more you read, the more you learn about God’s specific plan(s) for your life…and that’s really, REALLY, cool!
    2. There are men who are actually looking for a bible study that focuses on helping them grow in God’s Word AND that encourages them to discover (or rediscover) God’s plan for their life! There’s strength in numbers!!!
    3. In researching 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12, I’ve learned so much. I’m striving to live the quiet life, full of hard work, and limited to other people’s business. If you haven’t read the passage…I encourage you to do so!

Bottom line…a new season of my (our) healthy lifestyle is dawning. Where I was first focused on the weight loss aspect of fitness, I now turn to more of a healthy weight gain (muscle) mindset. And as I’ve grown more comfortable in my reading, I now want to add that experience. And finally, where I was once “just into my Christian walk”…I want to me totally absorbed in my Christian faith as it relates to being a husband, father, and leader in my community. This next chapter of life is going to be INCREDIBLE!

  • The Only Person Who Can Make You Lose Sight Of Your Goals Is You! Be The Reason You Succeed In Life

The Only Person Who Can Make You Lose Sight Of Your Goals Is You! Be The Reason You Succeed In Life

Success is something we all strive for in life, but all too often we become our own worst enemy and we destroy our shot(s) at success. We let self-doubt and negative self-talk cloud our vision and distract us from achieving our goals. The truth is, the only person who can make me lose sight of my goals is ME! But with the right mindset and determination, we can be the reason we succeed in life.

Here are a few key things to keep in mind as you work towards achieving your goals:

    1. Set clear and specific outcomes: The first step towards success is setting clear and specific end results. When we know exactly what we want to achieve, we can create a roadmap to get there. We need to make our goals specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). This will give us a clear direction and help us stay focused.
    2. Stay motivated: Motivation is key to achieving success. It’s important to find the things that motivate us and keep us going when the going gets tough. Whether it’s a particular quote, a vision board, or simply reminding ourselves of why we started, find what works and use it to stay motivated.
    3. Believe in yourself: Believe that we are capable of achieving our goals. Self-doubt can be a major obstacle to success, so it’s important to cultivate a positive mindset. We need to start surrounding ourselves with people who support and encourage us, and remind us of our strengths and accomplishments.
    4. Stay focused: Distractions can be a major hindrance to achieving our goals. Whether it’s social media, procrastination, or other obligations, it’s important to stay focused and prioritize our goals. Create a schedule or to-do list to help stay on track, and eliminate any unnecessary distractions.
    5. Learn from failures: Failure is a natural part of the journey toward success. Instead of getting discouraged, we should use failures as an opportunity to learn and grow. Analyze what went wrong, adjust our strategy, and keep moving forward. Remember that every failure brings us one step closer to success.

    Bottom Line Y’all…

Success is within our reach. The only person who can make us lose sight of our goals is us, so it’s important to cultivate a positive mindset, stay motivated, and stay focused on our goals. With the right mindset and determination, we can be the reason we succeed in our health goals, business goals, relational goals, and life goals!

#EXCUSES are like piles of doggie-doo. They’re everywhere… and they all STINK! Be the #reason you #SUCCEED!!!

  • Success Isn’t A Result Of What You Know. Success Is A Result Of What You Do With What You Know!

Success Isn’t A Result Of What You Know. Success Is A Result Of What You Do With What You Know!

They say “Knowledge Is Power”…but that simply isn’t true! #Knowledge without #action is #powerless. It isn’t until we take what we know and #apply it to our #life that WE #experience the #power of knowledge.

Success is a highly coveted state of being that we all strive for in one way or another. However, despite the countless books, seminars, and podcasts on the topic, success remains elusive for many of us. So, what is the secret to achieving success? Is it just a matter of accumulating knowledge or is there more to it?

Contrary to popular belief, success isn’t solely a result of what we know. While knowledge certainly plays a role in achieving success, it’s not enough on its own. In fact, success is more accurately a result of what we do with what we know.

Simply having knowledge doesn’t automatically translate to success. It’s what we do with that knowledge that makes the difference. In order to be successful, we need to take action and apply what we learn in a meaningful way.

This means taking risks, making mistakes, and learning from them. It means being proactive and taking initiative. It means being persistent and never giving up, even when things get tough.

To illustrate this point, let’s consider two people. Person A has a wealth of knowledge on a particular subject, but they never take any action to apply that knowledge. Person B, on the other hand, has a moderate level of knowledge on the same subject, but they consistently take action to apply that knowledge in a practical way.

Who do we think is more likely to be successful? It’s clear that Person B is more likely to achieve success, even though they may not have as much knowledge as Person A.

So, what can we do to ensure that we’re doing something with what we know? Here are a few tips:

    1. Set clear goals: Define what success looks like for us and set specific goals that will help us achieve it.
    2. Take action: Once we have our goals in place, take action to achieve them. Don’t wait for the perfect opportunity – create it yourself.
    3. Learn from our mistakes: Mistakes are inevitable, but they can also be valuable learning experiences. Use them to our advantage by analyzing what went wrong and figuring out how we can do better next time.
    4. Stay motivated: Success takes time and effort, so it’s important to stay motivated along the way. Surround yourself with positive influences and keep your eye on the prize.

    Bottom Line Y’all…

Success isn’t just about what we know – it’s about what we do with that knowledge. By taking action, setting clear goals, learning from our mistakes, and staying motivated, we can achieve success in any area of our life. So, don’t just accumulate knowledge – put it into action and watch our success grow.

  • If You’re Not Doing What You Love Then You Are Wasting Your Time!

If You’re Not Doing What You Love Then You Are Wasting Your Time!

The majority of the people on the planet #live #life day-to-day. They hate their #job, their #unhealthy #lifestyle, their #financial situation, and even their #relationships…but yet, they are not #willing to #change in an effort to “be better”.

Do you find yourself waking up every day dreading the thought of going to work? Do you constantly feel unfulfilled and unsatisfied with your daily routine? If so, you may be one of the many individuals on this great big ‘ol planet who are not doing what you love.

The concept that “If I’m not doing what I love, then I’m wasting my time” has hit me right upside the head…HARD…in the past few months. It’s this idea that suggests that in order to live a fulfilling life, we must pursue our passions and do what we love. While this concept may seem idealistic, it holds a lot of truth.

When we spend our days doing something that we don’t enjoy, we not only waste our time, but we also waste our potential (and put ourselves through horrible mental stress). We have a limited amount of time on this earth, and it is up to us to make the most of it. By doing what we love, we can tap into our full potential and achieve greater success and happiness.

Furthermore, when we are passionate about something, we tend to put in more effort and work harder. This often leads to greater success and a greater sense of accomplishment. When we are doing what we love, we are more likely to stick with it through difficult times and overcome obstacles that may have otherwise deterred us.

Unfortunately, many of us feel that we cannot pursue our passions because of financial constraints or societal pressures. While it may be challenging to pursue our dreams, it is not impossible. With determination and hard work, we can find a way to do what we love and still make a living.

It is important to remember that life is too short to spend it doing something that doesn’t bring us joy. We should strive to find our passions and pursue them with vigor. By doing so, we can live a fulfilling life and make a positive impact on the world around us.

    Bottom Line Y’all…

The idea that “If we’re not doing what we love, then we’re wasting our time” is a powerful reminder that we should all strive to live a fulfilling life. By pursuing our passions and doing what we love, we can tap into our full potential and achieve greater success and happiness. So, if we find ourselves dreading the thought of going to work each day, it may be time to reassess our priorities and start pursuing our dreams. Just sayin’!

We have, within us, the #power to transform our life into whatever we want it to be! Do we want to be #fit? Financially #stable? At an amazing job? Surrounded by #folks who truly #love us and want what’s #best for us? Then we have to start making changes and #developing #habits that help us reach the life we want.

Don’t stay stuck living a life of no worth…create a life #worth living!
