A Life Spent Chasing Instant Gratification Is A Life Less Rewarding! That’s Stinkin’ Thinkin’ Y’all!

We gotta get away from the instant gratification mindset! The old adage “good things come to those who wait” isn’t just “old people talk”…it’s biblical.
Proverbs tells us,
“Lazy people want much but get little, but those who work hard will prosper.”
~ Proverbs 13:4“Work brings profit, but mere talk leads to poverty!”
~ Proverbs 14:23All too often we want something good for ourselves…AND WE WANT IT NOW! And what’s worse, we want it NOW and we want it without having to put in much (if any) HARD WORK!
And why shouldn’t we? We can catch up with family and friends and current events instantly via social media 24/7 with little to no work on our part. We can get our pizza in five minutes with little to no work on our part. We can get our favorite fast food items through a drive-thru window in less than 3 minutes with little to no work on our part. We can torch and rate a business for poor service (or praise them for great service) in an online review website in 30 seconds with little to no work on our part. And we can get immediate feedback of the choices we make in a video game within milliseconds with little to no work on our part.
So it’s no wonder that we’re quickly becoming a “I want it and I want it NOW without putting in the WORK” society.
Unfortunately, the more we’re programmed to think that good things should happen immediately and easily, the more we miss out on the value of hard work and time that goes into the end result. The steps taken to reach a desired result is a beautiful part of the process! And when we shorten/cheapen those steps (or take them out completely), we miss out on the life impacting lessons that can be learned through taking the time to work hard and do it right.
Get rich quick schemes are everywhere! Get fit fast scams are everywhere!! Get the woman (or man) of your dreams by using our product rip-offs are everywhere!!!
Do we really think riches, good health, and love can be gained overnight? And if we could gain them overnight, is the quality of what we gained worth the shortcuts? Crappy practices produce crappy results!
This kind of lazy thinking is STUPID! Oh…that ain’t just me talking…that’s God talking:
“Whoever works his land will have plenty of bread, but he who follows worthless pursuits lacks sense.”
~ Proverbs 12:11Bottom Line Y’all…
The next time the thought of taking the easy road that produces instant gratification starts creeping in, remember…the rewards we receive from an easy endeavor deprive us of the blessing of EXPERIENCE AND WISDOM that come with putting in the time…and hard work!

Cultivate The Relationships That Matter Most: THEY ARE A GIFT FROM GOD; R & R On The Texas Coast

Texas Coast Y’all! Me and Courtney had a chance to get away a while! We had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful beach house on the Texas Coast (Gulf of Mexico).
Had a great time fishing, grilling, and taking walks in the beach…gotta get that 45-60 minutes of walking in!
Don’t forget to take the time to reconnect! While we’re working on our healthy journey (or whatever endeavor you’re currently chasing), it’s real easy to get disconnected from the people who are most important to us. Your wife. Your husband. Your kids. Your friends. We must make it a top priority to continually build those relationships!
THAT DOESN’T MEAN you stop working out or neglect your current milestone! It means reengaging. Catching up. Listening. Your spouse, family, and TRUE friends are the most important people…the most important resource (in term of encouragement, inspiration, and fellowship) here on earth!
God has a habit of bringing the people we need into our lives at the perfect time! They are a blessing! A gift from God! They build us up and pass knowledge onto us. Their value goes far beyond any monetary reward we will ever receive! So don’t neglect those relationships. CULTIVATE THEM!
“Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.”
~ Ecclesiastes 4:9-12Father God, I pray that you’d continue to put folks into our life that encourage, inspire, and reflect your grace, love, and mercy. ~Amen

The Importance Of Visualization And The Impact It Can Have On Your Success

I hear personal development coaches and motivational speakers talk about how visualization can bring you and the universe into alignment (whatever that means) and that just by visualizing your future, you can make it happen.
Ummm…what?
I truly believe that self-visualization is important, but not because it magically aligns my mission with the universe.
First off, God is the center of my universe and He can do any…and all things. My visualization practices aren’t going to make Him give me what it is I want. That’s “stinkin’ thinkin’” right there y’all.
Secondly, visualization isn’t a “wishing process” where I keep wishing for something to happen and it magically comes to fruition. Some people will actually try to make you believe that…that’s crap!
Visualization is a great tool that allows us to form the strategy we need to complete a task or conquer a milestone that we’ve set for ourselves.
If we want to get healthy, we don’t just sit in a chair and think about what our life would look like if we were 10, 50, or 100 pounds lighter. No! We sit in that chair and visualize the steps we take to reach our desired weight and lifestyle. Then, we start living out those steps we produce in our minds while visualizing.
This is a constant process (and a process I’ve used on my health journey) that takes place daily. We have to continually see ourselves where we want to be in a month, a year, and five years from now. As we visualize that outcome, we are continually creating the steps and processes that will go into completing that task or milestone.
So I want to encourage you to find a nice quiet spot in your home (where you won’t be interrupted) and visit that spot each day for at least 5-10 minutes and visualize what it is you want to accomplish. Give yourself a time frame to accomplish that milestone. And begin seeing yourself successfully accomplishing that milestone. As you see yourself succeeding, begin to work backward and visualize the steps it took to reach your milestone.
Now, go and perform those tasks you’ve visualized yourself doing to crush whatever milestone you’ve set for yourself. Be it a health milestone, business milestone, relationship milestone, or whatever.
Don’t be afraid to change those steps along the way. If you visualize a process or strategy and you see that it is not as valuable a concept as you thought it would be…scrap it and visualize a new strategy.
Bottom Line Y’all…
We must perpetually visualize our future selves better (more efficient, productive, and impactful) than we are right now. We must continuously improve ourselves! God needs us to be at our peak performance level…and as we improve, we constantly redefine what it means to be “our optimal self”!

Stop Focusing On The Problem And Start Focusing on The Solution! Fix Yourself Now!

It’s easy for us to get so hyper-focused on the problems that we tend to forget that we are the key to solving them.
Being overweight is a huge problem, and all too often we get so mentally crushed (stressed, depressed, angry) by the fact that we’re obese that we stop (or never start) creating a solution (healthy eating and exercise). Ask me how I know!!! #beentheredonethat
Financial issues cause mental anguish within many American families. Not knowing where your next meal will come from because there’s no money in the bank can take a toll on us mentally…and even physically. Likewise, not being able to afford even the most basic necessities is taxing on the human psyche. Ask me how I know!!! #experience
Toxic relationships can literally freaking kill us. Living fearful of how “friends”, family, and trusted co-workers will see us (and our actions) can cause a life of stress. These people can suck the life out of us…sometimes without even realizing they’re doing it. Before we know it, we’ve become weak, afraid, and unwilling to go out in public because we’re worried about how others will treat us. #smh
Even in our “darkest hours” (p.s. typically what we perceive as our “darkest hour” is never truly as bad as we think) there is hope!
First, we need to understand that adversity is natural. The Bible speaks to this.
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. ~James 1:2-4
In other words, problems are going to plague us throughout our lifetime. But God tells us that if we allow ourselves to learn from our problems…trusting that Christ has our back and that He will give us the strategy (method, answer, solution) to overcome our problem, we will grow stronger. We will learn resolve (steadfastness) and through the process of overcoming problems, we will develop skills that will not only help us get better personally but help others as we go. We’ll be lacking in nothing as James says.
I love that James tells us to “Count it all joy” when problems arise. It wasn’t until I started down the path of living a healthier life that I understood this passage. At the beginning of my health journey life was HARD!!! Literally…I was doing 75 HARD! Those first 75 days of the Live Hard Program were brutal. Especially for a fat boy who hadn’t really “worked out” for over 25 years. I was sore in more places on my body than I’d care to go into detail about. (Crotch Rot is a real thang!)
But as I continued striving to get better (solve my problem of obesity) my body started to adjust and working out got a lot easier. Then, as I started adding in additional workout routines, I actually started getting excited about the thought of contouring another exercise. Even though I knew it would be hard (and painful) I hungered (and still do) for the experience. And each time I learned and implemented a new exercise, I found satisfaction in knowing I was making my life better. Conquest by conquest.
I began to realize that I WAS THE SOLUTION TO MY OWN PROBLEM. I was the reason I was fat and unhealthy…and I was going to be the reason I got healthy and lost weight! Please note, weight loss was an initial focus, but my experience through Andy Frisella’s 75 Hard program brought me so much more. A complete mental shift. I still lack knowledge…but I’m lacking a lot less than I did before I started my health journey.
Bottom Line Y’all…
We can’t focus on the “bad things” that happen to us. That will just keep us stuck in the hell hole we currently find ourselves. We must shift our focus from the problem to the solution. AND WE ARE THE SOLUTION!
WE are the only ones who can make us get off our butts and start exercising!
WE are the only ones who can find a better job (or second job)!
WE are the only ones who can cut ties with worthless people in our life!
WE ARE THE SOLUTION

Screw “Netflix and Chill”! We Gotta Replace The Old BAD Habits With Healthy GOOD Habits Y’all!

For the longest time in my life, and the life of my family, “Netflix and Chill” wasn’t just a slogan…it was a way of life. I’d come home from work, grab a bag of chips (or a whole pizza, or a footlong sandwich, or a pecan pie, or a…you get the picture) a sugar rich soda, snuggle into my favorite chair, and veg out for hours at a time. Most evenings, I’d get done “Netflix and Chillin’” and then eat dinner. Can you say, “EXCESS CALORIC INTAKE”???
The day I decided that food and bad health habits weren’t going to control my life was the day I also began to learn the importance of habits. Daily habits. Daily healthy habits.
You see, habits are something we’re necessarily born with. In fact, habits are formed from repeated actions. Our habits become common place in our lives (central to our lives) and they drive us to become the people we are today. Unfortunately, for many Americans, the habits we are forming (starting at a very young age) that are becoming our everyday second nature are not good habits!
Research* suggests that roughly 75 percent of teens are getting sufficient daily exercise. A lack of physical education activities and programs in schools AND too much “Screen time” (technology is killing us y’all) are just two reasons. (Excuses really. Poor parenting is the overwhelming culprit!) However you view it…these teens are growing up and turning into lazy, aimless, and unmotivated adults. Like me…or at least…like I was! (note: smartphones weren’t around when I was in school…but once they entered the scene…I was hooked like a crack addict).
Here’s the problem…my problem anyway. I was raised to work. I’m pretty sure my parents had me so that I could feed cows, pigs, horses, AND move freaking irrigation pipe! Oh…and work in the oilfield! In addition, I was an athlete all the way through elementary, middle, and high school. PLUS…I was on every intramural sports team I could get on in College. So what happened? I allowed myself to replace my good healthy habits with bad unhealthy habits. I got married, got a job, and had kids. I honestly thought that was all I had to do. I was done. I’d checked off all the boxes. In my mind…all I had to do was wait to die. That mindset stayed in place for the next 25 years of my life. I was a loser…big time!
Then, in March of 2022, I had a major rude awakening. A flight to and from Las Vegas helped me understand how fat I had truly allowed myself to get…it was sad. You can read about that here.
From that point on, me (and my family) began to research (and experience) a mind shift that encouraged poor patters to newly formed healthy patterns. Let technology was crucial. Over the first few months of our healthy journey, my “screen time” dropped drastically. I also replaced unhealthy snacking with God time. Instead of mindlessly sitting and eating, I started sitting and reading.
Exercise, or course, took the place of watching the boob-tube. In all honesty, We’ve sat and watched TV for a total of 6…maybe 10 hours since May 15th, 2022 (this post was written on February 15, 2023). We do the majority of our grocery shopping at farmers markets instead of the big named grocery stores in an effort to get the freshest, all natural, food possible. AND…if we do go the big box grocery store, we shop along the wall…not in the isles (In other words…we shop for the healthier stuff…not the crap). Cokes and sweet tea have been replaced with unsweet tea, water, and…well…water. #LotsOfWater
Eating out used to be a major part of our “menu planning”. Now, we eat out once (if at all) a month. And alcohol…I have not had a drink in what seems like forever. AND…I don’t miss it at all. Turns out…I’m still funny (#LIfeOfTheParty) even without alcohol!
Bottom Line Y’all…
I tell you all of that to tell you this: IF YOU TRULY WANT TO LIVE A HEALTHIER, MORE PRODUCTIVE AND REWARDING LIFE…YOU HAVE TO REPLACE BAD HABITS WITH GOOD HABITS!
So…the next time you get the urge to “Netflix and Chill”… “Hit Weights and Trails” instead!

Continued Mindset Shift: NO MORE GOALS!

As I enter day 271 of my “life overhaul”, I’ve noticed my ideas and concepts, as they relate to “goals”, have changed. Webster’s Dictionary defines “Goal” as: The end toward which effort is given. The terminal part of a race. THE END TOWAR WHICH EFFORT IS GIVEN. THE TERMINAL PART OF A RACE. In other words, a goal is the completion of effort. We hit “the end” and we stop. I don’t like that thought process. I don’t like that at all!
When I think of my recent health journey (physical, mental, and spiritual) to this point, it’s hard to think of it in terms of “finality”. Sadly, I’ve pushed this idea of goalsetting as I’ve worked my @$$ off to lose 170.6 pounds and reach 280 pounds (my original “goal”). I’ve had people reach out and ask me for advice, and I always tell them they have to have a “goal”. I wish now I hadn’t. The moment I reached my goal weight of 280 pounds (last month), my mindset changed. Was I done? Were the new productive habits I’d started in my life over? Was my mission complete? Yes…AND NO!
I reached my desired weight that’s true…BUT…my health and wellbeing journey is far from OVER. In fact, I feel like it’s only beginning. As I woke up the day after hitting 280 pounds, I thought to myself, “Why did I wake up so early? I don’t have to workout! I hit my goal!” Then I realized, that “task is done” mindset was WRONG! My mission was not complete…I had only hit a milestone. It was now time to start the journey to the next milestone. So I worked out. But this time, my focus was (and is) lean muscle mass.
Please don’t get me wrong. I don’t mean we shouldn’t celebrate our accomplishments when we achieve something we’ve been working hard to accomplish. What I’m saying is, we celebrate it, reflect on it, and turn the page to begin our next chapter.
When baseball players (teams) win the World Series, they celebrate for a few days (interviews, parades, party a bit) THEN (almost immediately) THEY START FOCUSING ON NEXT YEAR! Athletes understand that winning is temporary…success is a lifetime of work. Hard Work! Hitting a specific weight, winning a game, starting a business, or getting a job promotion, (however you want to say it) is only one event of MANY milestones that we will experience as we make our way through life. The one true “goal” is to live a life of serving God and others. And that “goal” is reached the day we take our last breath on this planet. In other words, we’re never “done” as long as we’re alive.
When I worked in manufacturing, there was a word we used to throw around that was quite common in the 1990’s (and a little today). That word is “Kaizen”. It is a Japanese word that means a continuous change for the better. A CONTINUOUS CHANGE FOR THE BETTER! A continuous improvement! I love this process. It is a mindset that I’ve tried for decades to implement in my life…and failed to do. Why? Because I never really saw life as this continuous process.
I thought of life as 3…maybe 4 chapters…and then DONE. My thought was we’re born, we “live a little”, and we die. Pretty basic. Pretty simple. IF WE ARE STUCK in that basic mindset…something needs to change! Because the fact of the matter is, that “live a little” portion of life is pretty important. It’s something we’re not taught to focus on when we’re younger, but in the grand scheme of things…it’s pretty dadgum important. That “live a little” chapter of our life is where we grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s where we have an opportunity to impact the world in a positive way. It is where true life happens.
It wasn’t until I came to a realization that my health choices were killing me (leading to an early grave), my financial choices were limiting me (not allowing me and family to get “unstuck), and spiritual choices were separating me (keeping me from knowing and loving God even more), that I began to realize my need for change. Initially my focus was on health (financial and spiritual focus came in to play as a natural progression through the healthy lifestyle process) and I set a “goal” to lose 170.6 pounds to get to 280…which is the weight I was at when I met Courtney (my wife for you Aggies).
Leading up to January of 2023, which is when I would meet my “goal”, I started thinking about what I’d do once I hit 280. I started worrying that once I hit it, I’d relax and fall back into my old ways. I knew I could not do that…EVER! So I changed my mindset from having a goal of 280 pounds to having a milestone of 280 pounds. Webster’s Dictionary defines “milestone” as: A significant point in development. A SIGNIFICANT POINT IN DEVELOPMENT. Instead of thinking in terms of an end (terminal) result (i.e. goal), I began thinking in terms of a significant measurement of continuous development (i.e. milestones). In other words, while I’m alive, my progress (in health, finances, spiritual development) will never end…it will only improve with time.
If “change” is what we’re trying to achieve, we need a method of measuring our progress. BUT…we need to be sure that our measurement system isn’t based upon some form of completion. We need to make sure we’re measuring our progress based on significant events in our life that build upon one another. This “building” process will make us stronger, smarter, and more efficient as we grow older.
The day we hit a milestone is the day we set a new one! We hit a weight milestone, we begin working on strength milestones. We hit the strength milestone, we start working on an endurance milestone. We hit that one, we set another one…and another one…and…well, you get the idea. DON’T EVER STOP!
No longer is my progress measured by sets of endpoint goals. Now, I bust my butt to meet milestones and move on to the next one. Like the World Series winning baseball player, I celebrate those milestones (for a very brief time…a moment), and then start working on the next one. Knowing that the day I open my eyes in heaven and look into the eyes of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the day my “goal” is met.
The bible tells us to: “… not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” ~Galatians 6:9
Don’t grow weary of doing good. Don’t stop doing good. Don’t stop. Continuously improve. For if we do, we’ll reap a reward for not giving up that far exceeds any reward we can possibly fathom. Blessings Y’all!
~ Mitch

God’s Path For Your Life Is The Only Path That Matters: Stop Taking Short Cut Paths That Lead Astray

Life can be confusing and challenging. There are times when we feel lost, and we’re not sure which path to take. We may be tempted to take shortcuts, thinking they’ll lead us to our desired destination quicker. However, as we’ll explore in this post, God’s path for our life is the only path that matters. We must stop taking shortcut paths that lead us astray.
God’s Path is the Only Path that Matters:
As believers, we understand that God has a plan for our lives. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This verse assures us that God has a good plan for us, and we can trust Him to lead us in the right direction.
We Must Stop Taking Short-Cut Paths Can Lead Us Astray:
When we take shortcut paths, we risk getting lost and ending up in a place we never intended to be. Shortcuts often seem like the easy way out, but they can be dangerous. We may miss important lessons, opportunities, and experiences that we need to help us grow and mature. Taking shortcuts can lead to disappointment and regret. Ask me how I know!!!
The Bible warns us against taking shortcuts. In Proverbs 14:12, it says, “There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end, it leads to death.” Taking shortcuts can lead to spiritual death and separation from God. Taking shortcuts can harm the ones we love…and ourselves. Like my granddad used to say, “The easy way ain’t always the best way!”
We Must Trust God’s Plan and Stay on His Path:
It’s extremely important for us to trust God and have faith in His plan for our lives. In Proverbs 3:5-6, it says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” When we trust God, He will guide us in the right direction.
We must also be willing to obey God’s commands and follow His lead. In John 14:15, Jesus says, “If you love me, keep my commands.” When we follow God’s commands, we stay on His path, and we experience His blessings.
Bottom Line Y’all…
When God is pushing us forward, into uncharted territory, don’t get fearful, stressed, or discouraged. Trust His process. We gotta stop looking for “comfort” and “safety” in our old ways. Those “old ways” got us into the predicament we’re in today! God knows what’s best for us, and He’ll never lead us astray. Trust His plan, seek His guidance, and embrace the new path He’s chosen for you.
“This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow.”
~ Isaiah 48:17 -
Discipline Is A Cornerstone To The Success We Achieve Day In…And Day Out!

Discipline is the rules of conduct we ingrain into our daily routines and is crucial to our continued success in all that we do. Weight loss, healthy living, business ventures, relationships, and even educational endeavors.
Success is something that many people aspire to achieve. However, success doesn’t come easy. It requires hard work, dedication, and discipline. Let’s look at how discipline is an important foundational pillar of the life we build that has a major impact on the success we achieve.
Discipline Defines Our Habits:
If 75 Hard has taught me anything it’s this…discipline is the practice of training oneself to do something in a controlled and habitual way. It’s the act of setting goals, creating a plan to achieve them, and sticking to that plan even when it’s difficult.
Our habits define who we are and what we do. If we have a habit of procrastinating or being lazy, we’re unlikely to achieve success. But if we have a habit of being disciplined, focused, and dedicated, we’re much more likely to achieve success.
Discipline Helps Us Stay Focused:
Discipline helps us stay focused on our goals. It helps us prioritize what’s important and avoid distractions. With discipline, we can create a plan and stick to it, even when we face challenges or obstacles.
Discipline also helps us develop a strong work ethic. We learn to push ourselves to achieve our goals, even when we’re tired or discouraged. With discipline, we can stay focused on the long-term benefits of our efforts, rather than getting sidetracked by short-term pleasures or distractions.
Discipline Helps Us Build Self-Control:
Self-control is a critical component of success. Without self-control, we’re likely to give in to our impulses and make poor decisions that could sabotage our efforts. Discipline helps us build self-control by teaching us to resist temptations and make wise choices.
With discipline, we can learn to delay gratification and work towards long-term goals. We can resist the urge to give up when things get tough and stay committed to our goals. When we develop self-control, we’re much more likely to achieve success.
Bottom Line Y’all…
Discipline is a cornerstone to the success we achieve. It helps us develop good habits, stay focused on our goals, and build self-control. Without discipline, we’re unlikely to achieve success, no matter how talented or intelligent we may be. But with discipline, we can overcome obstacles, stay committed to our goals, and achieve the success we desire.
Whatever it is we want to achieve…we have to have the discipline to create and maintain the processes and systems that will bring us success!
When we lack discipline, i.e. allow ourselves to be less than optimal, we’re only setting ourselves up for failure. We must commit to creating habits that will strengthen us physically, mentally, and spiritually!

What’s Your Purpose? Learn It! Love It! Live It!

The fact of the matter is, whatever it is we’re trying to do to make us better (Lose weight, start a business, get a promotion, shift our mindset, etc.), needs to align with our purpose in life.
Have you ever felt lost, uninspired, or unfulfilled in life? Ever struggled with finding meaning and purpose in what you do? If yes…you ain’t alone. Many folks go through life without knowing what their purpose is and end up feeling dissatisfied, unfulfilled, and unhappy. In this post, I want to discuss the importance of learning your purpose, loving your purpose, and living your purpose.
Learning Our Purpose:
Learning our purpose is the first step towards a fulfilling and meaningful life. Our purpose is the reason why we are here, and it is what gives our life direction and meaning. To learn our purpose, we need to ask ourselves some critical questions, such as:
- What do I enjoy doing?
- What am I passionate about?
- What are my unique talents and skills?
- What are my core values?
- How can I make a positive impact on the world?
Answering these questions can help us identify your purpose and give you a clear direction to follow.
Loving Our Purpose:
Once we have learned our purpose, the next step is to love it. Loving our purpose means accepting it, embracing it, and being passionate about it. It also means understanding that our purpose may change over time and being open to new possibilities.
When we love our purpose, we will be motivated to work towards it every day, even when faced with challenges and obstacles. We will feel fulfilled and energized, and our work will become a source of joy and satisfaction.
Living Our Purpose:
Living our purpose is the final step towards a fulfilling life. It means aligning our actions and decisions with our purpose and making it a priority in our life. Living our purpose requires courage, perseverance, and commitment. It means taking risks, stepping outside of our comfort zone, and staying true to ourselves.
When we live our purpose, we will feel a deep sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. We will be making a positive impact on the world and leaving a legacy that will inspire others to follow in our footsteps.
Bottom Line Y’all…
Learning our purpose, loving our purpose, and living our purpose are essential steps toward a fulfilling and meaningful life. It takes time, effort, and self-reflection to identify our purpose, but the rewards are worth it. When we know our purpose, we will be more focused, motivated, and energized. We will also be happier and more fulfilled in both our personal and professional life. So, take the time to learn your purpose, love it, and live it!
God put each of us here for a reason. A part of our healthy lifestyle journey must be to discover His purpose for us, embrace our purpose, and utilize our purpose to make the world a better place!
Once we start shaping our goals around our purpose, the success and rewards we gain will be far greater than they would be if we’re living an aimless life with no direction!
“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
~ Ephesians 2:10
