Grilled Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps:
- Slice up last night’s grilled chicken
and put it in a gallon size storage bag!
- Add in fresh sliced onions, green peppers,
and tomatoes from the farmers market!
- Add 2-3 tsp. Of olive oil AND sprinkle in
- your favorite fajita seasoning…
- then mix up all the ingredients in the bag!
- Cook it on your favorite skillet (or pan)!
- Put the grilled goodness in a
Heart of Romaine lettuce leaf!
- Top it off with jalapeños, feta cheese, or any of your favorite fajita fixings!
